MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

To own and support successful project execution across the IoT organisation, and to plan, organize, and control activities so that projects are completed as successfully as possible despite risks and setbacks.

The role is particularly suited to candidates with a track record of bringing hardware products from prototype through detailed design into mass manufacture. The role also involves acting as the central coordinator across engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing to ensure alignment from design through production.

We design and manufacture compact, connected hardware devices—including smart medical products, IoT asset trackers, and wireless gateways—that integrate PCBA design, embedded software, RF systems, mechanical engineering, and cloud connectivity. Our products typically feature cellular, GNSS, BLE, and sensor technologies, and are deployed globally across healthcare, mobility, and industrial markets.

  • Communicate project blockers and escalate where management support is needed.
  • Work with the PMO to implement and improve program execution methodologies
  • Drive the transition from prototype to mass production by coordinating cross-functional activities spanning design validation, manufacturing test development, and supplier readiness.
  • Own the project lifecycle end-to-end, with accountability for planning, execution, manufacturing readiness, and successful mass production handover.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
